Making videos
How long does a video take?
Usually one to three minutes; templates that first make preview images take a little longer. You can leave the App — the video keeps rendering, appears in your Library, and you’ll get a notification if you allowed them.
Which photo works best for a template?
One person, face clearly visible and looking at the camera, good even light, no sunglasses or heavy filters. Each template shows a short photo guide before you start.
Why was my video refused?
Our filters and the AI services refuse requests that may break the rules — for example nudity, real public figures, or real brands. Occasionally an ordinary photo is refused by mistake; trying another photo or rewording the prompt usually helps.
The result doesn’t look like the preview.
Every video is generated from scratch, so results vary. Try again, or use Remix to adjust the prompt.
Your videos
How long are my videos kept?
180 days. Save the ones you want to keep: open a video and tap Save to add it to your Photos.
I reinstalled the App or got a new iPhone. Where are my videos?
They come back by themselves when you open the App with the same Apple Account (it can take a moment). There are no accounts to sign in to. Videos made before “Delete my data” can’t be restored.
How do I report a video?
Open it and tap Report. We review every report.
Privacy
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your videos, processed by the AI services listed in the Privacy Policy, and deleted from our servers within 48 hours.
How do I delete my data?
Profile › Privacy › Delete my data removes everything we store for you, on our servers and on your device.
